Summer 2022 Recipe: Peach Rosé Sangria!
This Peach Rosé Sangria is an easy-to-make summer cocktail! Get your perfectly ripe Hillcrest Orchard peaches at our tasting room (while supplies last) and add a little something tipsy to the mix for the perfect refreshing summer drink!
Ingredients

- 1 bottle RoxyAnn Winery Rosé (or 2021 Pinot Gris)
- 1/4 cup brandy (or peach brandy)
- 1 cup fresh peach nectar
- 3 Hillcrest Orchard peaches, pitted and sliced thin
- Sparkling water
Instructions

- Add the freshly sliced Hillcrest Orchard peaches to a pitcher. Pour the RoxyAnn Rosé, brandy, and peach juice over the fruit. Give it a quick stir, and then place it in the fridge — the longer it chills, the more the flavor of the fruit will shine.
- Pour your sangria over ice and top with sparkling water; add a sprig of mint with a fresh peach slice.
