Wine And Cocktails: A Summer Wine Cocktail List To Knock Your Socks Off
Are wine and cocktails the new winning combo? According to Wine Enthusiast, the answer is yes! We’ve come up with a Summer Wine Cocktail Recipes list that will knock your socks off as you soak up these last few weeks of warm weather!
Here at RoxyAnn Winery, we believe that wine is for anyone and can be enjoyed a thousand different ways. Some winemakers will shy away from adding anything to their curated vintages because they feel it compromises the integrity of their wines.
While we work tirelessly to create connoisseur quality, award-winning Oregon Wines, we also believe that they can be enjoyed creatively in a way that actually celebrates the flavors and intricacies of the wine!
If you’ve been curious about combining wine and cocktails for awhile, then look no further for a comprehensive list of amazing summer wine cocktail recipes to fit every mood and occasion!

You really can’t improve much on a classic— except by adding a delicious RoxyAnn white wine to the mix! Try this fantastic recipe from The Spruce Mix!
1 bottle RoxyAnn Sauvignon Blanc
2 cups Italian sparkling lemonade
2 limes, juiced
1 cup fresh mint
Sugar, to taste, depending on the sweetness of the lemonade
1 lime, for garnish

Chill the RoxyAnn Sauvignon Blanc and Italian sparkling lemonade
Step 2
Once well-chilled, mix the wine and sparkling lemonade in a large pitcher. Juice 2 limes and add to the wine and lemonade.
Step 3
Mince ¾ cups of fresh mint and add to the pitcher (add mint right before serving, otherwise the leaves begin to brown).
Step 4
Add optional sugar to taste, especially if the sparkling lemonade is light on the sweet factor. Mix well.
Step 5
Thinly slice the remaining lime to garnish glass rims and add a spring of mint leaves to liven things up even more! Serve over ice.
