Introducing “The Jack,” a tribute to our founder Jack Day’s original vision of growing grapes on the historic Hillcrest Orchard Estate with its perfect sloping hills, clay soils, and spectacular southern sunshine. The Jack wine highlights our 20-year history and the first production of our beloved Claret.

A blend of Petit Verdot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Cabernet Franc, The Jack is crushed red cherries and berries, dried herbs, and a touch of toasted oak. Bright red fruit and youthful tannins lead to a rich lingering finish; the wine shows its youth, but much like our Founder, Jack, it only gets better with age.
