We have gained renown not only for creating exceptional wines but also for being a central hub where Southern Oregon residents can enjoy one-of-a-kind events. Among these, our Annual Harvest Dinner is a true gem: a delightful experience that captures the essence of this region’s winemaking heritage.

Nestled in the heart of the Rogue Valley, RoxyAnn Winery boasts a breathtaking vineyard that stretches across 70 acres of fertile soil. Each year, as the warm hues of autumn blanket the vineyard, we host a celebration to recognize all the labor and love that has gone into yet another amazing vintage. This event is a reflection of our joy in being a staple of the East Medford community, our commitment to the craft of winemaking, and a way to say a big thank you to our friends, neighbors, and community that make it possible for us to do what we do every single day!

The Setting: A Symphony of Colors

The Annual Harvest Dinner at RoxyAnn Winery takes place in our elegant barrel room and gives our guests an exclusive view inside the wine making facility at RoxyAnn. The decor is nothing short of enchanting and we make a point to create an ambiance that will set the stage for an unforgettable evening. Many Oregon wineries offer outdoor dinners in the vineyard, but we are one of the select wineries that gives guests a glimpse into the “backstage” portion of our winemaking process: The Barrel Room.

In addition to cozy lighting and a stunning event space, live music adds a melodious dimension to the event. Local harpist, Mary Vannice, provided a soothing soundtrack of oldies and contemporary tunes that complemented the ambiance perfectly.

Enjoying Some Oregon Winery Award-Winning Wines

Of course, it wouldn’t be a RoxyAnn event without sampling many of our exceptional wines. This year’s menu included several delicious award-winning Oregon Wines:
• Our 2022 Pinot Gris to open the evening which was recently awarded 89 Points and Best Buy Award from Wine Enthusiast.
• Our 2022 Viognier, awarded the 92 Points and the Editor’s Choice Award from Wine Enthusiast.
• Our 2019 Merlot which just brought home a silver medal from the Oregon Wine Experience.
• Our 2022 Rosé which has been showing beautifully and is one of the signature staples of our Rogue Valley wine region.

As the evening was winding down, our winemaker, Fred Mihm, broke out some of our most loved library wines, including our 2012 Cabernet Sauvignon, a 2013 Cabernet Franc, our signature series “The Jack,” and more! It was a truly one-of-a-kind tasting experience!

Our selection of wines showcased the full spectrum of our Oregon winery offerings, each glass a testament to the dedication of our winemaking team and the richness of our local terroir.

The Culinary Delights: A Gourmet Feast

No Medford winery event is complete without scrumptious food, and the Annual Harvest Dinner certainly didn’t disappoint! RoxyAnn Winery collaborated with renowned local Chef Raider of Rogue-Ish Smokers, who prepared a decadent feast that perfectly complemented the wine selection.

The menu featured three courses of delicious, seasonal, farm-to-table dishes and many of the ingredients were sourced directly from Hillcrest Orchards. The pairing of the wines and dishes created a harmonious symphony on the palate, and truly created an unforgettable tasting experience.

One of the things that we believe sets the RoxyAnn Annual Harvest Dinner apart is the warmth and friendliness of the winery staff and our attendees. When you’re with us, you’re part of the family. The purpose of our dinner is not only to showcase our wine selection and offer a special thanks to our friends and neighbors after another season of winemaking, but to foster a sense of community and connection within East Medford.

As the sky darkens outside the barrel room takes on a new warmth and the RoxyAnn Winery Annual Harvest Dinner adopts a magical quality. It’s a time for laughter, storytelling, and making new friends. We can’t fully express our gratefulness to all the attendees that made this night so special. It’s another beautiful night that will live in our memory and drive our passion to continue serving this wonderful community that we love so much.
