Introducing the Gold Rush Roxy Red Collaboration Ale
The first of our new collaborative beverages is the Gold Rush Roxy Red Collaboration Ale. This truly unique beer that marries the best of both brewing and winemaking worlds. A deliciously malty ale that has been aged in heavily charred American oak barrels. These barrels once housed RoxyAnn Winery’s Petite Sirah. The result is a beer that boasts distinct earthy flavors, reminiscent of the Petite Sirah’s rich profile. Each sip of this savory ale dances on the palate, offering a complex blend of maltiness and subtle oak undertones. The collaboration has produced a beer that is both familiar and intriguingly novel. We invite beer enthusiasts and wine lovers alike to savor its unique character! You’re going to love it!
Discover the Barrel Aged Homestead Collaboration Oregon Cider
Our second collaborative creation is the Barrel Aged Homestead Collaboration Oregon Cider. This exceptional Oregon cider is made from six different varieties of cider apples. Each variety carefully selected for their complementary flavors. The final stage of fermentation takes place in French oak barrels. These barrels previously housed RoxyAnn Winery’s Chardonnay. This process imparts an amazingly fruity and complex flavor profile to the cider. It also adds gentle hints of oak that add depth and sophistication. The Barrel Aged Homestead Collaboration Oregon Cider is a testament to the artistry of cider making and the harmonious blend of apple and oak flavors. Its refreshing and nuanced taste is sure to delight both cider aficionados and newcomers.
