Description

“The Jack” — a tribute to our founder Jack Day —  highlights our 20-year history and the first production of our beloved Claret. A blend of Petit Verdot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Cabernet Franc, The Jack is crushed red cherries and berries, dried herbs, and a touch of toasted oak. Bright red fruit and youthful tannins lead to a rich lingering finish; the wine shows its youth, but much like our Founder, Jack, it only gets better with age.

Our Cabernet Franc features notes of saddle leather and cherry backed up by warm toasted oak and vanilla spice aromas. On the pallet sweet red cherry fruit, dried herbs and a touch of oak are framed by big, silky and balanced tannins that gives this wine focus and depth.

Our stylish and balanced expression of Cabernet Sauvignon opens with notes of blackberry and raspberry backed up by cedar box and vanilla spice aromas. On the pallet sweet black cherry fruit and spice box flavors are framed by big, silky and balanced tannins that give this wine its focus and depth

Our Merlot will delight your palate with flavors of ripe red cherry, spice box and a touch of oak. The structure is highlighted by richness and balance, red fruit with soft, jammy tannins, and a long-polished finish.
