 2009 Event Fee Schedule
Historic Barn Interior
Seated Dinner/Reception Event: (Maximum Capacity 50 people)
$10.00 per person/$350.00 minimum
This event fee includes barn rental, table, chair and linen rental, plus set-up and breakdown of tables and chairs. Fee includes OLCC licensed servers and rental of crystal wine glasses. This fee does NOT include wine, beer or non-alcoholic beverages served at the event. All wine, beer or non-alcoholic beverages must be served and purchased from RoxyAnn Winery. Please note that a 20% gratuity will be added to all beverage sales for the service staff. (Sorry no case discounts on wine are applied to events; and no outside wines, "hard" liquor or kegs of beer are permitted on premises). All prepared food, china, utensils, and table decorations are the responsibility of the caterer. Caterer is responsible for cleaning their area, and removing all trash from property at the end of the event.
Events in barn are normally scheduled from 7:00pm-10:00pm
Buffet Stand-Up/Meet & Greet Reception Event: (Maximum Capacity 80 people)
$8.00 per person/$350.00 minimum
This event fee includes barn rental. Table and chair rental is $2.00 extra per person. All fees include OLCC licensed servers and rental of crystal wine glasses. This fee does NOT include wine, beer or non-alcoholic beverages served at the event. All wine, beer or non-alcoholic beverages must be served and purchased from RoxyAnn Winery. Please note that a 20% gratuity will be added to all beverage sales for the service staff. (Sorry no case discounts on wine are applied to events; and no outside wines, "hard" liquor or kegs of beer are permitted on premises).
